To enter the kingdom of heaven, Jesus calls us to be like children. This doesn't mean being naive, but having a pure heart full of humility and trust. Children completely depend on their parents and trust them without reservations. Similarly, we must depend on God and trust in His guidance. This transformation involves setting aside our pride and selfishness and adopting an attitude of simplicity and openness.
Being like children also means having sincere and uncomplicated faith. In our daily lives, we often worry about many things and complicate our faith with doubts and fears. Jesus invites us to simplify our relationship with God, to trust in His love, and to live with the same joy and hope as a child. By doing so, we find peace and a deeper connection with the divine.
